Did you know Nachos are only 69 years old?

If you love nachos as much as we do; you can thank a man named Ignacio "Nacho" Anaya from Piedras Negras, Mexico. Ignacio was maitre d at a restaurant - just across the Rio Grande River from Texas - with American guests in the restaurant just after his chef stepped out. Instead of sending the restaurant patrons away; Ignacio served a plate of tortilla chips, covered with melted cheese and sprinkled with jalapeños.

As Texans with our roots in Mexico; we salute you Mr. Nacho.

We think Ignacio would appreciate our creamy, spicy and delicious vegan queso. Without any fat, soy, nuts, beans, dairy, oil, cholesterol or sugar, we bring you The Best Nachos in the World!

Every November 6th, we celebrate by smothering chips in Food for Lovers Vegan Queso and piling-on our favorite toppings like jalapeños, tomatoes, beans, guacamole and cilantro.

We know "Nacho" would be proud of our own pedacito de Mexico.
